I Know Who Holds Tomorrow

I don't know about tomorrow, I just live from day to day;
I don't borrow from it's sunshine, For it's skies may turn to gray.
I don't worry o'er the future, For I know what Jesus said;
And today I'll walk beside Him, For He knows what lies ahead

Many things about tomorrow, I don't seem to understand;
But I know who holds tomorrow, and I know who holds my hand

Ev'ry step is getting brighter, As the golden stairs I climb;
Ev'ry burden's getting lighter, Ev'ry cloud is silver-lined.
There the sun is always shining, There no tear will dim the eye;
At the ending of the rainbow, Where the mountains touch the sky.

Tis a beautiful song, which has been a source of comfort and encouragement whenever I'm feeling anxious, or when I'm feeling down..

It presents a tremendous hope, and a powerful promise.

Although we don't know many things about our future, though many doubts, worries, and anxieties crowd our minds ever so often, ultimately it is not us, but Jesus, who holds the future.

And this Almighty God actually cares enough to hold our hands as we go through this life journey :))

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God

Take heart, and surrender your burdens to the Lord :) i'll be uplifting every single one of you in my prayers!
